Okay, so March was a bit of a rough month for me. I didn't watch too many movies because I was super busy with my school's musical. For that reason, I just have one movie I'd like to review...
Lisaaaa… I live for women’s wrongs in movies and TV shows. The visuals in this were so wonderful! I love how bright it is, but still maintaining the goth aesthetic so well. I’m not one for blood, guts, and violence, but I really liked it this time. Maybe this year will be the year I get into thrillers and stuff that steers towards horror and gross things. Speaking of gross, props to the costume team for dirtying up Cole Sprouse. I didn’t quite get the hype around him during his Riverdale days, but this makes everything clear for me: he just needed to get a little grimy. This movie manages to capture comedy and thriller in a nice little package that is perfect for newbies to the genre such as myself. Thank you, Zelda Williams and Diablo Cody for this masterpiece.
Also, I can’t believe I watched this with my dad in the room.
